Wagon Wheel Chandeliers, About Us

We are a small American family owned business, located in Kentucky that builds Wagon Wheels, Wagon Wheel Chandeliers, Cannon Wheels, and Carriage Wheels. All of our products are made of selected American woods, crafted with the concern for quality and durability that is a part of our Kentucky heritage. We never use composite materials in any of our products.

Growing up in Kentucky, the sound of wagon wheels and "made on the place" furniture was just part of our life. Made on the place meant that the item was made on the farm. As late as the mid 1950's, the wagon was part of everyday life for us. I remember taking the wagon ride to town to visit the country store on Saturday to replenish the staples the family needed and could not produce ourselves.

While horses are still a big part of life in Kentucky and the sound of wagon wheels are still aroung, life has changed. However, life has not changed in the wagon wheels, wagons, and products that we make. For over forty years we have based our work and reputation on the quality of the products we build and sell.

We handmake everything that we sell, with the exception of a few items that are made by Amish craftsmen. I have found that the quality of the items that the Amish make for us meet our quality standards. The products that are made by the Amish also help the Amish community supplement their farm income.
